I write in full support of County Council (Bill No. 194) (PL-CCI-2022-000002). The County Council
should be the authorizing body for such changes, NOT a single Planning Director. This is because
could create the appearance of impropriety if ever such an action was challenged. It would give too
much power to a single individual, subjecting him/her to undue influence from "interested" parties.
The process is much more transparent with the County Council involved.
I fully support this Bill. Thank you.
