APPROVAL OF MINUTES: July 19, 2022, and August 16, 2022 <br />Action: Motion made by Robert Duerr to approve July 19, 2022, and August 16, 2022, as <br />circulated. Seconded by, Brian Ley. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />3.
