Mu prior correspondence simply inquired as to the purpose for the above application and policy regarding such
application.
I was able to locate the petition and read such in full. Director is intending to approve the special permit application,
and as use of such farm dwelling will not be of a commercial intent 1, as an individual residing within Hualalai Farms,
is not interest in contesting this Special Permit Application. My correspondence was not representing any other
resident in the subdivision, Board of Directors, or any others.
