CHR. KELEPOLO to acknowledge, accept, and file the following written testimony received,

Comm. 22-30, Budget Narrative & Budgets with cost calculations for Kohala Lihikai
emailed to the Commission on September 22, 2022.
Property Manager, Mr. Ventura to provide an update on fund balances, recent
acquisitions, and stewardship grants.
V. CHAIRPERSON REPORT:
Chair Kelepolo, to provide comments and/or information relating to matters of concern to
the commission, and presentation of Certificate of Appreciation to Dr. Wayne Frank.
VI. MINUTES: (Motion required)
1. Minutes (version #4) of September 12, 2022, regular session with edits from Ms.
Chang, Ms. Ward, and Ms. Naungayan; and emailed to the commission on Monday,
October 31, 2022.

1. 2023 Suggestion Form. (Motion required)
The commission may discuss, review, make revisions to the current Suggestion Form.
Motion required if any changes done deferred from the September 26, 2022 meeting.
2. Discussion No. 2 continues on the proposed revisions to Rules of Practice and
Procedure of the Hawaii County PONC Draft Revision No. I from the July 11, 2022,
meeting deffered from the September 12th, and 26th meetings.
Vill. NEW BUSINESS: (Motion Required as needed)
1. Commission to discuss; may form by selecting its members for a Permitted Interaction
Group for the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Hawaii County PONC; and to set
the scope of work, as introduced by Ms. Ward.
2. Commission to discuss; may form by selecting its members for a Permitted Interaction
Group for the Suggestion Form; and to set the scope of work, as introduced by Ms.
Ward.
3. Commission to discuss; may form by selecting its members for a Permitted Interaction
Group for the 2024 Stewardship Grant Application and Instruction Sheet, as introduced
by Ms. Chang.
4. Election of Officers. Election for new Chair and Vice Chair to serve for the calendar year
beginning January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
