Thank you for this opportunity. 1 hope my testimony makes it in on time to count today.
I support Bill 194 Item #4, to not allow the Planning Director and it's department to extend expired permits
Here in Kona it has reaped much havoc on our environment, catastrophic preparedness, floodways, archeological sights
and affordable housing crisis. Many permits expired and were stopped for significant reasons.
