Subject: Support for Bill 194
This is just a short email in support of Councilman Inaba's Bill 194 which addresses control and oversight of
time extensions granted to developers. This was never a good idea and I applaud the Councilman for
addressing it. Time extensions have allowed overrunning infrastructure and in at least one case delaying the
affordable housing provisions of a development for 38 years, which is inexcusable.
