I am the immediately adjacent neighbor of Rober Silber
and the Lolia Eco-village Retreat Center, and I am in full
support of a special use permit.
I have seen Robert develop the abandoned farm over
the last 9 years and his dedication led me to buy the land
next door.
Please approve Robert's application. He is a considerate
neighbor and I trust he will certainly manage all activities in
such a way as to not be any kind of nuisance to those of
us riviog.nearby, and will, rather, be a real contribution
to the neighborhood.

We will support this.
Obviously as time comes should talk about gate/ gate code/ security concerns etc if you are
running bigger operations. We trust our neighborhood needs will be accommodated as that time
comes.
