It appears the sign posting for this application PL-SPP-2022-000016 was not done properly as the posting
was sited along a private road. We are having the sign moved to be clearly visible from the nearest public
road (Kalapana Kapoho Beach Road). We will submit pictures shortly of the signs new posting.
Please continue the Planning Commission hearing on this application to a later date to ensure the public
has had adequate notice. Thank you much.
