Allowing this development direct access onto Kuakini Hwy will increase accidents and waiting time. <br />2. This area is within the Tsunami zone. Kuakini Hwy is the main access road to and from Kailua town for <br />residents from as far as Kealia and our roadways are snarled with vehicles each day. <br />No Signage Notification <br />I saw the goats and heavy equipment; but no visible signage near the property at Kuakini Highway or La'aloa <br />road. <br />Water Allotment Application Based on Old Records <br />The approved water pipes of 5/8 inch would not be able to proved sufficient water flow to more than 1 <br />resident. <br />Endangered Flora / Fauna Not Surveyed <br />The use of goats and Heavy equipment may have damaged any existence of rare plants and archaeology. <br />Mahalo for your time, <br />Olivia Pasciuta <br />S.
