NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the following matters, among others, to be considered
by the Planning Commission of the County of Hawaii in accordance with the provisions
of Chapters 91 and 92, Hawaii Revised Statutes, Section 6-4.3 of the Charter of the
County of Hawaii, and the Planning Commissions Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Further Proceedings on Daniel Ibbetsons Special Permit Application (SPP 05-000015).

DanielIbbetsonforaSpecialPermit(SPP05-000015)tooperatea2-unitbedand
breakfast establishment on 0.722 acre of land situated within the State Land Use
Agricultural District. The property is located alongthe west (makai) side of
Mamalahoa Highway (Highway 11), approximately 120 feet south of the Kaohe
