3. APPLICANT: MOANI HEIGHTS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION AT THE

Change of Zone for 13.028 acres from a Multiple Family Residential — 15,000 square
foot (RM -15) district to a Single Family Residential — 15,000 square foot (RS -15)
district. The area consists of several lots within the Uplands at Mauna Kea Subdivision
located mauka of the Queen Kaahumanu Highway (Highway 19) and the Hapuna Beach

Multiple Family Residential — 2,500 square foot (RM -2.5) district.
The property is located along the northeast side of Kuakini Highway, adjacent to and

Discussion and action on the Hearing Officer's report on a Use Permit to allow the

(A -Ia) and situated within the State Land Use Urban district. The property is located
along the southeast side of Kapiolani Road, approximately 550 feet east of the Kapiolani
