The site is part of the existing World Botanical Gardens situated on the north side of Leopolino Road between Highway 19 and the Old Mamalahoa Highway, Kamaee, North Hilo, Hawaii, TMK: 3-1-1: portion of 15. NEW BUSINESS  9:30 a.m. APPLICANTS: CANDEE CORWIN/TERESA REYNOSO (SPP 04-014) 3. Application for a Special Permit to allow the establishmentofa 2-bedroom bed and breakfast establishment and a massage wellness operation within an existing single family dwelling situated on 5.06 acres of land within the State Land Use Agricultural District. The property is located along the north side of Opihikao Road, Kaueleau Farm Lots Subdivision, Kamaili Homesteads, Puna, Hawaii, TMK: 1-3-10:1. APPLICANT: CELLCO PARTNESHIP dba VERIZON WIRELESS (SPP 05-004) 4. Special Permit to allow the construction of a new 104-foot high steel monopole telecommunications tower, appurtenant cabinets and equipment shelter, and chain link fence enclosure on approximately 1,100 square feet of land within the State Land Use th Agricultural District.
