The Leeward Planning Commission met in regular session at 9:47 a

MINUTES -The Commission took up the following minutes at this time, 1:13
March 17, 2011 It was moved by Commissioner Hickcox and seconded by Commissio
that the minutes be approved as circulated. Motion was unanimous

ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS There was nothing discussed under Administrative Matters.
ANNOUNCEMENTS There were no announcements.
ADJOURNMENT -There being no further business, the Chair declared the meeting
1:15 p.m.
