(PL-REZ-2002-000017), TMK: (3) 7-7- <br />008:062 for many reasons. <br />As my continued testimonies on Leeward Planning Department for the AIN Drive are my continued sounding <br />alarm that we are NOT catastrophically prepared today with the overpopulation issue we have now. We are <br />also not making culturally appropriate decisions towards cultural landscape protection and protecting our vital <br />and even more limited natural resources.
