I am strongly opposing Item #2, Applicant: Shawn Male Nakoa, Esq. (PL-REZ-2002-000017), TMK: (3) 7-7-
008:062 for many reasons.
As my continued testimonies on Leeward Planning Department for the AIN Drive are my continued sounding
alarm that we are NOT catastrophically prepared today with the overpopulation issue we have now. We are
also not making culturally appropriate decisions towards cultural landscape protection and protecting our vital
and even more limited natural resources. We have much fewer ways to protect our landscape due to over
rezoning and catering to multi million dollar homes.
This is yet another non pi initiative.
