(REZ 06-000034) <br />Councilroom - Room 201, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawaii with First Vice-Chairman Bill <br />Graham presiding from 11:04 to 1:15 p.m. and Chairman C. Kimo Alameda presiding from <br />1:15 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. <br />PRESENT:C. Kimo Alameda (From 1:15 p.m.)ABSENT & EXCUSED: Jeffrey McCall <br />Bill Graham Rodney Watanabe <br />FredGaldones <br />Andrew Iwashita <br />Allen Salavea <br />Rene Siracusa <br />Ivan Torigoe, Deputy Corporation Counsel <br />Christopher J. (REZ 06-000034) <br />Change of Zone from a Single-Family Residential 10,000 square feet (RS-10) to a Neighborhood <br />Commercial 20,000 square feet (CN-20) district for 20,000 square feet of land. The property is <br />located along the west side of Manono Street, approximately 200 feet north of the Kekuanaoa <br />Street Manono Street intersection, Waiakea Houselots, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, Tax Map <br />Key: 2-2-34.13. <br />GRAHAM:So well move on to our next order of business, which is new business. <br />Applicant is Hirayama Brothers Electric. This is a Change of Zone REZ 06-000034 from Single- <br />Family Residential 10,000 square feet (RS-10) to a Neighborhood Commercial 20,000 square <br />feet (CN-20) district for 20,000 square feet of land located along the west side of Manono Street, <br />approximately 200 feet north of the Kekuanaoa Street Manono Street intersection, in South <br />Hilo.
