PRESENT: C. USE PERMIT NO. 152 The Commission took this item up at 9:18 a.m. with approximately ABIGAIL K.K.18 people from the public in attendance. KAWANANAKOA FOUNDATION ST KAHAULOA 1, SOUTH KONA APPLICANT: ABIGAIL K.K. KAWANANAKOA FOUNDATION (USE PERMIT NO. 152) Time extension to comply with Condition No. 5 (complete construction) of Use Permit No. 152, which allowed the construction of a Sanctuary – Kekaha O ‘Iolani Luahine and related improvements on 2.06 acres of land situated within the Single-Family Residential – 15,000 square feet (RS-15) zoned district. The property is located along the makai side of Puuhonua st Road, approximately 600 feet mauka of Napoopoo Beach Park, Kahauloa 1, South Kona, Hawaii, TMK: 8-2-6:8. LLC ND KAHULUI 2, NORTH KONA APPLICANT: SUNSTONE KONA, LLC (SMA 05-005) Discussion and action on the Special Management Area (SMA) Use Permit to allow the development of 289 multiple-family residential units and related improvements, including associated commercial space. The property is bordered by Alii Drive and Kuakini Highway, nd approximately 1,040 feet south of the Lunapule Road-Alii Drive intersection, Kahului 2, North Kona, Hawaii, TMK: 7-5-19:1. DEVELOPMENT COMPANY WAIKOLOA SOUTH KOHALA APPLICANT: WAIKOLOA DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (SMA USE PERMIT NO. 25) Request for amendment to Condition No. 12 (completion of the Waikoloa Homesites Venture Golf Course) of Special Management Area (SMA) Use Permit No. 25, which allowed the overall development of the Waikoloa Resort at Waikoloa, South Kohala, Hawaii, TMK: 6-9-7:1-9, 11, 14, 17, 19-21, 26, 30-38; 6-9-8:1-31; 6-9-9:1-14; 6-9-10:1, 34; and 6-9-11:1-26. GREG NUNN WAIPUNAULA, SOUTH KONA 2 APPLICANT: MICHAEL MARTINAGE/GREG NUNN (SPP 06-000039) Action on the Special Permit to allow the establishment of a 5-room Bed and Breakfast operation within an existing dwelling and a guest house situated on a 5.06-acre lot in the State Land Use Agricultural District. The property is located along the northeast (mauka) side of Napoopoo Road (82-5990 Napoopoo Road), Waipunaula, South Kona, Hawaii, TMK: 8-2-3:28. (SEE EXHIBIT D) ADJOURNMENT The Chair declared the meeting adjourned at 2:35 p.m. due to a lack of quorum.
