Good morning Maija and Maryam,
Although the applicants' desire is to have the 1-room B&B operate as a hobby and not a commercial venture, the
real property tax implication for a fixed income couple is significant. As such, they asked me to have their application
withdrawn. Should they decide to proceed at some point in time in the future, they will reapply. Thank you very much
for all the courtesies and attention given to us and this matter over the past few months!
Please let me know if this email is sufficient or, although copied, if you need formal and/or independent
confirmation of this withdrawal from the applicants. Thank you!
