NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources
Preservation Commission (PONC) of the County of Hawaii in accordance with the provisions of
the Hawaii Revised Statues Chapter 92, the Hawaii County Code Chapter 2-215, and the
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Hawaii County

I. CALL TO ORDER:
Chair Chang to open meeting, review meeting procedures, and take Commission roll
call. (Please turn off your cell phones or set them to silent mode.)
11. PUBLIC TESTIMONY:
Public testimony regarding agenda items may be submitted to the Commission orally or in
writing. Oral testimony may be presented either at the outset of this meeting or immediately
prior to the applicable agenda item. Chair Chang may limit public testimony to 3 minutes per
testifier for each agenda item.
