Special use permit for tmk (3)1-3-002140 Robert silber my family lives at 13-6292 kalapana
kapoho rd and we strongly disapprove if any special use permits for Robert silba and lolia
street when they have their sex events which are advertised world wide it brings lots of traffic
and very loud and offensive noise. I have been to friends homes that live several houses away
and could not believe how loud it was and once we could hear a woman screaming during one
of their events. My friend said that woman along with others went on all night like that. I also
witnessed that the tidepools in our neighborhood would be full of people from lolia doing
obscene things right there in public. I know they were from there you could see them walk
from lolia street right to the tidepools.
