riparian buffers and infiltration basins which
will recharge aquifers and reduce sedimenta-
tion of reefs and pollution of coastal waters
2) Design and integrate food forest and
ground cover 3) Build capacity to address this
issue by increasing community awareness
and to develop relationships with partners in
a pilot effort 4) Ahupuaa land management
educational center
