I am a longtime Hawaii landowner, neighbor and associate of Robert J. Silber. In the several
years I have known him, he has demonstrated only the highest care for the land he stewards
and his neighbors. Additionally he has been in compliance with all the requirements necessary
to the County of Hawaii during all phases of the creation of Lolia Subdivision and will
continue to do so in this proposed next phase.
I can think of no better person to continue to improve the land. His dedication to growing
excellent food-bearing trees and gardens is unmatched. It is no easy feat and he has managed
it all extremely well.
Therefore, Please consider my support of PL-SPP-2022-000016.
