<br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br />AUGUST 5, 2005 <br />The County of Hawaii Planning Commission met in regular session at 9:04 a.m. in <br />County Building, Councilroom - Room 201, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawai i with Chairman <br />Fred Galdones presiding from 9:04 a.m. to 12:13 p.m. and with Second Vice-Chairman C. Kimo <br />Alameda presiding from 12:13 p.m. to 6:05 p.m.. <br />PRESENT:Fred Galdones (Left at 12:13 p.m.)ABSENT & EXCUSED: Hannah Springer <br />C.
