If the proposed sign is a ground sign the maximum allowable area per sec. 3-58(2) (b) is 22 sf, <br /> the proposed is 22.5 sf. <br /> 2) Although not defined on the proposed design but scaling the letters against the overall height of the sign, <br /> the letters and number exceed the allowable maximum height of nine inches per sec 3-58 (c) <br /> Sign 2: <br /> 1) Unable to define the size of the proposed sign as the letter heights or sign height is not specified.
