NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Commission (PONC) of the County of Hawaii in accordance with the provisions of the Hawaii Revised Statues Chapter 92, the Hawai'i County Code Chapter 2-215, and the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Hawaii County. AGENDA I. CALL TO ORDER: Chair Chang to open meeting, review meeting procedures, and take Commission roll call. (Please turn off your cell phones or set them to silent mode.) II. To ensure timely delivery to its members prior to the meeting testimonies must be submitted no later than 12:00 noon on Thursday, March 2, 2023, by (1) fax to (808) 961-8248; (2) email: ponctestimony(a hawaiicounty.gov; or by (3) mail to the PONC Commission in Hilo at 25 Aupuni Street, Suite 1101, Hilo, Hawaii, 96720.
