The property is located along the <br />southeast side of Ililani Road, approximately 2,400 feet from the Ililani Road - Kapoho Beach <br />Lots Road intersection, Vacationland Hawaii Subdivision, Unit II, Kapoho, Puna, Hawaii, TMK: <br />1-4-73:4. <br /> <br />WOODWARD: The next item on the agenda is an application by Sylvia Dolena <br />(SPP09-78), special permit to allow the construction of a temple for religious purposes, three <br />guest bedrooms for overnight accommodations, and to conduct agricultural tourism on 5 plus <br />acres of land situated within the State Land Use Ag District. Jeff. <br />DARROW: Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Again, if I can direct your at <br />presentation on the board. The applicant in this case is Sylvia Dolena. She is requesting a <br />special permit to allow the construction of a temple for religious purposes, three guest bedrooms <br />for overnight accommodations, and also to be able to conduct agricultural tourism on 5.007 acres <br />of land. <br /> <br />The location of the application is within the Puna district, more specifically weÓre looking at the <br />Kapoho Beach Lots Subdivision. This is just outside the Kapoho Beach Lots Subdivision in <br />what has been referred to as Kapoho Farm Lots. This is actually Vacationland Unit II <br /> EXHIBIT B <br />1 <br /> <br />
