Community Plan Implementation 2.. Susan Gagorik, Planner and Kylie Alexandra, (CPA) from Hilo will share experiences and lessons learned during initial Implementation from “EnVision Downtown Hilo 2025”. KCDP Implementation. 3. Action Committee will begin ongoing review of KCDP Goals, Policies and Actions & discuss roles & responsibilities. 4. Planning Department Update. Staff will provide update on Kona District projects/programs. a. Keohokalole Highway. Bobby Command will provide Committee with current status of highway. b. County Road Projects: on behalf of Crysttal Atkins, Deanne Bugado will provide Committee with current status of Kona Road Projects . A lobbyist means “any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spend more than five hours in any month or $275 in any six- month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials.” {Article 15, Section 2-91.3(a) (6), Hawaii County Code} Any disabled person requiring special assistance or person requiring auxiliary aid and/or services to participate in this meeting should contact the Planning Department at 327-3510 five (5) working days prior to the hearing so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
