STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC REGARDING ITEMS ON AGENDA
NEW BUSINESS
Action Committee Rules
1..Action Committee members will consider the adoption of
Rules.
Community Plan Implementation
2.. Susan Gagorik, Planner and Kylie Alexandra,
(CPA) from Hilo will share experiences and lessons learned during initial Implementation
from “EnVision Downtown Hilo 2025”.
KCDP Implementation.
3. Action Committee will begin ongoing review of KCDP Goals,
Policies and Actions & discuss roles & responsibilities.
4. Planning Department Update.
Staff will provide update on Kona District
projects/programs.
a. Keohokalole Highway. Bobby Command will provide Committee with current
status of highway.
b. County Road Projects: on behalf of Crysttal Atkins, Deanne Bugado will provide
Committee with current status of Kona Road Projects .

month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or administrative action by
communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials.” {Article 15, Section 2-91.3(a) (6),

working days prior to the hearing so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
