NEW BUSINESS Village Design Guidelines. 1.Planning Department staff will provide the Action Committee with an update of the current status of the Calibration of the Village Design Guidelines from the Kona Community Development Plan. The Action Committee will review and discuss the draft Village Design Guidelines as calibrated by PlaceMakers, LLC. The Action Committee will make recommendations to the Planning Director regarding the draft Village Design Guidelines. Copy of the Village Guidelines can be found at the Hilo and Kona Planning Department as well as on-line at http://www.hcrc.info/community- planning/north-and-south-kona-cdp/ KCDP Implementation. 2. Action Committee will continue ongoing review of KCDP Goals, Policies and Actions & discuss roles & responsibilities. a.Action Committee will review and discuss the priority projects to focus on specific implementation tasks for the Kona CDP approved at the 3/24/10 KCDP AC Meeting. Financial Plan. 3.The Action Committee will discuss follow-up information regarding the Financial Plan and the (3) three possible scenarios of the implementation of the Financial Plan.
