NEW BUSINESS Kona Economic Strategy 2010. 1.Don Goo of Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo Architects (WATG), will provide a presentation to the Action Committee regarding an alternate economic strategy for the Visitor Industry In Kona. The Action Committee will then discuss the presentation. KCDP Implementation. 2. Action Committee will continue ongoing review of KCDP Goals, Policies and Actions & discuss roles & responsibilities. a.Action Committee will review and discuss the priority projects to focus on specific implementation tasks for the Kona CDP approved at the 3/24/10 KCDP AC Meeting. Village Design Guidelines. 3.Planning Department staff will provide the Action Committee with an update of the current status of the Calibration of the Village Design Guidelines from the Kona Community Development Plan. The Action Committee will review and discuss the draft Village Design Guidelines as calibrated by PlaceMakers, LLC. The Action Committee will make recommendations to the Planning Director regarding the draft Village Design Guidelines.
