REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
The Planning Director finds it prudent to revise the conditions of approval in response to a request
from the applicant.
The Planning Director recommends revising Condition 2 as follows:
2. The Applicant shall secure all necessary approvals and permits from other affected Federal,
State, and County agencies as necessary to comply with all applicable laws and regulation,
