There is no reason to reply. I was thinking about maybe an energy consumption survey for residents to help Hawaiian electric figure out consumption packages, based on estimated power generation from on-grid panels. I realize there are other power generation projects that I am unaware of. That would be a different subject, I presume. There seems to be a lot of new residents and upon talking to a neighbor who is new, I found that they do not think power and oil is an issue. That we will always have it and it is not something to be concerned about. Which goes against the consumption/production of energy for our State and County of Hawaii. Thank you, Tina Stiteler On Thu, Mar 23, 2023 at 4:22 PM Tiara <tinastiteler@gmail.com> wrote: Good afternoon, I'm currently watching your action committee meeting and I just wanted to put this out there. If Hawaiian electric could put out a housing energy pamphlets or brochures that explain how much energy a house (s) (lbdr, 2bdr, 3bdr etc) would take. An energy estimate during the day. And an energy estimate for night time power. An estimate also on how many on the grid panels a home will need. And a line by line explanation on the amount of energy that will be generated and how much of that energy will be stored for houses night time performance. This would be able to explain how much a household can afford in an electric bill. It would give a household the planning power to build a house that was energy efficient and cost-effective.
