1 am writing to express my opposition to SSP-21-00027....in which the
property owner is wishing to operate a gymnastics and fitness facility on
zoned agriculture land. He is ALREADY operating this illegally...this is the
modus operandi of this land owner...he does what he pleases.
1 have lived up slope from this property for 25 years and have endured
illegal rock crushing, illegal grading,illegal dumping and various other
illegal activities in which the property owner has been fined, put on notice,
etc, etc and yet.........here we are again....
As a long time business owner in Kona 1 find his lack of respect for the
rules in place and the Aina appalling.
Honestly I don't even know why I am wasting my time with this letter. It
will be ignored, as are all the complaints, concerns and questions that are
raised about this property. Please prove me wrong and act on this matter.
