Aloha Planning Commission,
My name is Ken Van Bergen and I am a managing member of Kibba LLC. Kibba owns parcel (3) 7-5-017-041
which is located directly south of parcel 44. The Kona Aerial gym sits right on the property line between our
two properties. This gym and use would affect Kibba more than any other landowner and we are in full
support of this SPP being approved. Kona Aerials has been providing quality physical and life skills to young
people for years. Nanette and her Kona Aerials has found the perfect home gym right in the middle of town to
service youth form north and south. Please approve this SPP application as it benefits the community with
Kona Aerial valuable youth training and services.
