Over the last rainy seasons, Wai’aha River has flowed many times in <br />very large amounts. I have video of huge excavators in the river moving boulders and gravel while the river is flowing. <br />Workers create access roads that criss cross the river. A three foot culvert is not large enough to allow safe river passage <br />as it gets stuck up with debris. Bolton’s pollutive land use activities up against Kona’s most precious water source <br />negatively affects us all. <br />I have no problem with gym activities but Bolton’s land access is unsafe and causes pollution.
