The Committee on Aging with be conveying and participating in the Outstanding Older
Americans Month Luncheon. The Outstanding Older Americans Month Luncheon is
open to the public, and the cost is $40.00, cash or check (made payable to the Director of
Finance). If you are interested in purchasing tickets to the Older Americans Month
Luncheon, please contact the Hawai’i County Office of Aging at (808)961-8600.
NOTE: If you need an auxiliary aid/service or other accommodation due to a
disability, contact Hawai’i County Office of Aging at (808)961-8600 and
Luana.Ancheta-Kauwe@hawaiicounty.gov as soon as possible, preferably by May
08, 2023. Requests made as early as possible have a greater likelihood of being
fulfilled.

NOTICE TO LOBBYISTS
If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawai‘i County Clerk within five days of becoming a lobbyist
(Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawai‘i County Code).
A lobbyist means, “any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends
more than five hours in any month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence
legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials.”
