KNIGHT (SPP 05-010) <br />Special Permit to allow the establishment of an automobile repair establishment on 0.25 acre of <br />land situated in the State Land Use Agricultural District. The property is located along the south <br />side of Malama Street, approximately 408 feet east of the Malama Street ƒ Kahukai Street <br />intersection, Leilani Estates Subdivision, Keahialaka, Puna, Hawaii, Tax Map Key 1-3-25: <br />portion of 41. <br />SPRINGER:Commissioners, we€re now on our final agenda item. The applicant is <br />DOUGLAS W. KNIGHT(SPP 05-010), a Special Permit to allow the establishment of an <br /> <br />automobile repair establishment on 0.25 acre of land situated in the State Land Use Agricultural <br />District. Mr. Darrow. <br />DARROW:Thank you, Madam Chair. If I may direct your attention to the location <br />map. The area of this application is within the Puna District of Hawaii. More specifically, this <br />is located within the Leilani Estates Subdivision. If you were traveling in a north-south direction <br />on the Pahoa-Kalapana Road or Highway 130, you would pass Leilani Avenue, that€s the <br />entrance road, to Leilani Estates. And there is another left-hand turn that would come into <br />Leilani Estates, a gravel cinder road identified as Malama Street.
