When I was a gymnast we were taught such valuable life lessons,that I will remember and <br /> utilize for the rest of my life. We where taught to have integrity,to work hard,and to work well as a <br /> team. Such valuable skills to help us thrive for the rest of our lives. <br /> Kona Aerials is such a great place for the community and continues to give back to the community. For <br /> me it's like a second home. When I was a gymnast I had so many friends and great coaches it felt like a <br /> family. Not only did I grow physically stronger,I also gained confidence. I learned great leadership <br /> skills and became the co team captain. Now as a coach I'm able to help give back to the gym. Every <br /> time I coach, I see gymnasts becoming great people,gaining confidence and great life skills. <br /> Without the gym there'd be a gap in the-community. Our second home and family would be gone.it's <br /> very sad to think about how different our community would be without it. All these gymnasts that are <br /> competing in gymnastics and working hard to get new skills wouldn't be able to continue to grow in <br /> this sport. Greatly affecting there gymnastics carrier. Don't take Kona Aerials away from them. Kona <br /> Aerials is such a great place for the community and I encourage the committee to grant the Special Use <br /> Permit.
