Bob Ward motioned to approve and 19 Marni Herkes seconded. Unanimous approval given with minor corrections made. 20 NEW BUSINESS 21 L Hamakua Health Center, Inc. 22 Presentation has been postponed by request of the Hamakua Health Center, Inc. 23 2_KCDP Implementation. Action Committee will continue ongoing review of KCDP Goals, 24 Policies and Actions & discuss roles & responsibilities 25 • Question was asked if these meetings could be conducted by teleconference to be able to 26 be include members who may be off island. Clarification will be asked of Amy Self, 27 Corporation Counsel 28 • The Action Committee discussed the possibility of producing or participating in a 29 newsletter. The Outreach Sub - Committee will look into possibility. 30 • The Action Committee/Planning Department need to work on organizing an Annual 31 Report, which would be posted on the web site and perhaps published in the West Hawaii 32 Today. 33 3. Financial Plan 34 The Action Committee reviewed and discussed the (3) three possible scenarios of the 35 implementation of the Financial Plan to further clarify previous comments made to Goodwin 36 Consulting.
