forwardwithPhase1oftheproposedplans.PGHhasreceivedmastergradingpermitsand 19 othergradingpermitsforinfrastructureconstruction(Road3aontheconcurrencyplan).They 20 receivedthe¦©;-·xmainentitlementsbackinJulyof2006however,PGH,inlightofthe 21 financialsituationthatthenationandindustryisfacing,hasrequestedamendmentstothe 22 conditionsoftheChangeofZoneapprovals.Themajorityoftheamendmentrequestshave 23 beentodefer,noteliminate,conditionalrequirements,suchasconstructingroadwayspriorto 24 thefirstCertificateofOccupancy.PGHhasalsoaskedtotakeout29acresoutofProject 25 DistrictZoningDesignationandredesignatetobeMCXIndustrialCommercialMixedUse 26 District,sotherecanbelightindustrialusessuchasadistributionwarehouseinadditionto 27 commercial/retail.PGHarepresentlyworkingwithCouncilpersonFordonacoupleof 28 amendmentsthathavebeenproposedtotheconditionsoftheirChangeofZoneApplications 29 thatarepresentlybeingreviewedattheCountyCouncil.Mr.Harriswasquestionedwhether 30 therehadbeenanyconversationswithelectedofficialstohavePGHbuildmoreofthe 31 UniversitycampusinlieuoftheinfrastructureandhavetheCountybuildtheinfrastructure.His 32
