thefirstCertificateofOccupancy.PGHhasalsoaskedtotakeout29acresoutofProject 25 DistrictZoningDesignationandredesignatetobeMCXIndustrialCommercialMixedUse 26 District,sotherecanbelightindustrialusessuchasadistributionwarehouseinadditionto 27 commercial/retail.PGHarepresentlyworkingwithCouncilpersonFordonacoupleof 28 amendmentsthathavebeenproposedtotheconditionsoftheirChangeofZoneApplications 29 thatarepresentlybeingreviewedattheCountyCouncil.Mr.Harriswasquestionedwhether 30 therehadbeenanyconversationswithelectedofficialstohavePGHbuildmoreofthe 31 UniversitycampusinlieuoftheinfrastructureandhavetheCountybuildtheinfrastructure.His 32
