(SLU 03-005/REZ 03-011) <br />Applications for a State Land Use boundary amendment from Agricultural to Urban and <br />a Change of Zone from Agricultural 5-acre (A-5a) to a Village Commercial Î 20,000 <br />square feet (CV-20) zoned district for 2.814 acres of land. The property is located along <br />the south side of State Highway 11, adjacent to the existing Keaau Service Station, Olaa <br />Homesteads Reservation Lots, Olaa, Puna, Hawaii, TMK: 1-7-01: por. 11.7. <br />FUJIKAWA:Okay, on Item, Application No. 4, Keaau Service Station <br />Inc. It is situated <br />makai of Volcano Highway or also referred to State Highway 11. This would be towards <br />the Keaau direction and Mt. View. <br />Huina Road is located across of the subject property. The existing Keaau Service Station <br />is located right above the subject property; and IÓll refer to that on the site map.
