NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a meeting to be held by the Kailua Village
Design Commission of the County of Hawaii in accordance with the provision of
Section 92-7, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
PLACE: The Mayor’s Office Conference Room, Suite 103, Hanama Place
Office Building in Kailua Village

1.Design review of an additional vehicle showroom display area. Applicant:
Wayne Deluz of Big Island Motors dba Kona Mazda Subaru. Landowner: Zoom
Properties LLC. TMK: 7-5-009:048. Located at 75-5793 Kuakini Highway,
Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.
2.Discussion of Sign Code Enforcement within the Kailua Village with Chris
Domino and others from the Department of Public Works, Building Division.

1.Approve minutes of the meeting of January 22, 2008.
