I am joining in the community opposition to the proposed Special Use Permit for PL-SPP-2022-000016 In my opinion, the applicant has more or less admitted to illegal behavior as evidence of the New Year's Eve Party/Slumber Party. Also, the size of the guests/crowds that will be hosted at the property are inappropriate for a quiet residential area. I have lived at 13-6523 Kalapana-Kapoho Beach Road for over fifteen years, and I believe the Special Use Permit will be a detriment to the neighborhood and would likely inhibit families with younger children from moving to our neighborhood.
