Thank you for your email dated January 4, 2023, requesting to defer the Windward Planning
Commission (Commission) hearing regarding Special Permit Application PL-SPP-2022-000016 to a
later date. At the January 6, 2023,hearing,the Commission deferred the hearing for this application.
Please contact the Planning Department when you are ready to have this application scheduled for a
future hearing before the Commission. Pursuant to Planning Commission Rule 7-5 (e), you will be
required to submit the $250.00 processing fee for a continued hearing and required to serve notice to
surrounding property owners when notified of the new hearing date by the Planning Department.
