NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation
Commission (PONC) of the County of Hawaii in accordance with the provisions of the Hawaii Revised
Statues Chapter 92, the Hawaii County Code Chapter 2-215, and the Commission's Rules of Practice and
Procedure ofthe Howai'iCounty.
