Dear Planning Commission,
As a neighboring land owner, I am strongly opposed to this potential development. It is an
agricultural and residential area and also an area of great cultural significance. The nearby
large grave sites and heiau could see increased desecration. Noise pollution is also a concern.
In addition, the infrastructure will not support a development of this size.
