The property is located along the south side of Sarona <br />st <br />Road and across from Kuakini Tower, Honuaula 1, Kailua-Kona, North Kona, Hawaii, <br />TMK: 7-5-7:9. <br />GALDONES:Commissioners, we are on Agenda No. 4. The Applicant is Kona, <br />Hi Hospitality Group, LLC (SMA 03-008). This is a Special Management Area Use <br />Permit to allow the construction of a 3-story, 76-room hotel and related improvements. <br />Norman? <br />HAYASHI:Thank you, Mr. Chair. Again, to the site map located on the wall, <br />this is the Kailua urban area. Palani Street, or Road, is going in this mauka-makai <br />direction.
