As a Puna resident I want to express my support of the'Neighbors in Opposition to PL-SSP-
2022-016, Robert J. Silber.'
Opposing the issuance of permits is based on (1) questions regarding violations of the
wastewater system; (2) questions regarding the number of vehicles on the property at any
given time; (3) questions about the increase in traffic on the Red Road; (4) questions regarding
the non-payment of many fines that have not been paid - fines that total $500,00.00......
There seems to be many existing violations by the owner...violations that have not been put
right.
