I am writing to support the above application for a special use permit. I believe we need places
like this to not only help build a stronger community but also to create jobs and a clean local
economy based on education and tourism.
I love this place so much and encourage everyone to visit. am a frequent visitor using the
facilities and The gardens/orchards and off-grid infrastructure are an example of how people
can live more closely to the land that os sustainable in a way that is healing for the planet on
many levels. Also since Kalani has taken a big step back, this type of center is in great need.
I have lived at Hawaii Eco retreat, and it is a beautiful community that is sensitive to the
neighbors and have initiated conversations and guidelines to address concerns.
Your approval of this application would be very appreciated and would benefit many people
and the Earth.
