Aloha Windward Planning Commission,
I would like to withdrawal/rescind my petition for standing in a contested case hearing for
the Special Permit Application No. PL-SPP-2022-000016, with a hearing with the WPC
scheduled for July 7th, 2023.
I misunderstood the reasoning for filing for a Petition for Standing.
