Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order by Chair Ibarra at 10:00 A.M., in the Building G Meeting <br />Room, West Hawaii Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. <br />The following were present and constituted a quorum: <br />Commissioners: Ronald Ibarra, Chair <br />Laurisa Nishimoto, Vice Chair <br />Doug Espejo, Commissioner <br />David Greenwell, Commissioner <br />Wil Okabe, Commissioner <br />Paula Thomas, Commissioner <br />Jennifer Wilkinson, Commissioner <br />Jennifer Yadao, Commissioner <br />Absent and Excused: None <br />Others Present: Gerald Takase, Director <br />Brandon Gonzalez, Administrative Officer <br />Dakota `Cody' Frenz, Deputy Corporation Counsel <br />Stacie Waltjen, Licensing Officer <br />Hau`oli Sayles, Commission Secretary <br />Ibarra: This meeting is being recorded, so speak loud and clear and one at a time. <br />We're conducting this meeting via Zoom and in person.
